Decoupled Efficiency
The Zone Chiller separates central plant performance from air-side cooling needs, enabling higher primary loop temperatures while still delivering the colder water required for air systems. This allows the primary loop to be optimized for liquid cooling performance, rather than constrained by legacy air-side temperature requirements.
Localized Cooling Architecture 
Rather than forcing low temperatures across the entire system, the Zone Chiller operates as a localized cooling layer that uses the warmer primary loop as a heat-rejection source to generate lower-temperature water only where air cooling is required.
