NEW YORK, NY – May 14, 2026 –ThermalWorks, an Endeavour company, announced the appointment of Dave Rich as Chief Financial Officer effective April 27. He will lead the company’s financial operations and support its continued growth in theAI infrastructure market.

He brings a hands-on operating approach and deep experience leading corporate finance across the manufacturing, automotive, clean technology, and high-tech sectors. He has led or supported more than 100 M&A transactions and previously served as CFO of ClarkDietrich, Proterra, and Toyota Boshoku America, following nearly two decades at Ford Motor Company.
