The second building on the high-tech campus is designed to deliver 100 MW of critical capacity with an industry-leading Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.15 portfolio-wide.

Built for high-density AI workloads and optimized for energy efficiency, ThermalWork's advanced cooling technology is capable of supporting liquid, air and hybrid configurations. Compared to traditional data centers that put significant pressure on the local power grid and consume billions of gallons of water, the new Atlanta campus with ThermalWorks cooling is expected to save 395 million of gallons of water each year at full buildout.
